This lovely handmade kit is crafted by a Guild girl in The Rock Group rural NSW. The Naalbinding needle is whittled from either Plum or bass wood and finished with beeswax for a soft natural feel and smell - no varnishing or painting. The yarn supplied is a soft thick wool/acrylic blend perfect for small hands and is enough to make a headband, baby mitten or small dolls blanket. A wonderful way to get started in yarn crafts and a good precursor to learning knitting or crocheting. 
 
Headband pictured is NOT included, it is an example of what your daughter can make with Naalbinding.
